Please make sure to fill out all of the information requested on the form so we may service you in the most organized and best way possible. Once you have paid and completed the jotform, you will receive an email to let you know the order was received as well as a receipt.
Reminder:
Once your order has been processed, no changes will be made or refunds will be given. If you would like to make any changes to detail such as color choices please do so within the first 48 hours of processing time.
Processing:
Being that all rugs are handcrafted from scratch and are not pre-made please allow all custom orders 7-14 business days including 1-2 day processing time.
Refunds and returns:
No refunds or returns will be allowed. If you experienced any problems concerning your order please contact us by email or through our contact page.
Shipping:
Shipping is through United States Postal Service (USPS) and may vary based on location and delays due to COVID-19 procedures. All orders are shipped as soon as possible.
